For Client
  1. For Booking: Please pay a minimum of P2,000 (Two Thousand Pesos) Reservation Fee upon booking confirmation (The amount paid upon booking is non refundable/transferable incase of cancellation of services). The balance shall be paid in cash or check One Week before the event (check payments should be dated & given one week before the event or earlier).
  2.   4. The client shall provide complimentary meals in the form of suppliers meal/packed meals/buffet meal or a monetary meal allowance of P400 per head for the SJT Strings Team on the day of the event.
  5. In excess of the agreed duration of performance, an overtime fee shall be charged at one thousand Pesos (P1,000) per artist per hour.
  6. SJT Strings will delegate thier own musician members and the client may request the artist composition as specified in thier contract. The client can also request for a specific singer /or instrumentalist upon contract signing with a lock in fee of two thousand pesos P2,000 per singer and one thousand pesos P1,000 per instrumentalist they requested, in the event that the singer /or instrumentalist they requested had inflicted an illness or disease or have undergone uncontrollable circumstances like death, accidents, SJT strings has the right to delegate a substitute singer /or instrumentalist equally as good and competitive as the client's request based on the standard perfomance conduct of a professional artist, under these circumstances the lock in fee will be given back to the client... 
  7. Sjt strings does not allow package downgrade and will only allow package upgrade of services.
  8. Song requests should be submitted ONE MONTH before the event via email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and final discussions should be made before the event in terms of song and program finalization via telephone or personally (client should make prior appointment at our office only).
  9. Final discussion of songs should be coursed only thru Thess or Ricky tuazon, The owners of SJT Strings.
  10. Sound system (microphones, stage set up and others) is highly recommended. We require a ratio of one mic per artist per even.
  11. Songs requests that are not included in the repertoire are welcome but subject for approval.
  12. Cancellation of service: 50% of the contract price is demandable from the client if cancallation has been made one day before the event date or earleir. 100% of the total contract price is demandable from the client if cancellation has been made on the event date. Any cancellation should be notified through writting or email to sjt strings by the client.
  13. The client shall be charged a corresponding fee should they requests for rehearsals and musical arrangement of a particular song not available through research and in music stores or shops.
  14. Optional charges:
    • Rehearsal rate – P3,500/artist max of 2 hour rehearsal (pianist only) to be done at our office in Marikina
    • Overtime rate – P1,000/artist per one hour or less in excess of the agreed performance duration
    • Special song arrangement rate – P800 per song and the client shall provide a CD copy of the song
    • 1 1/2 HOURS DEMO OF YOUR CHOSEN SONGS - 1,000/artist to be scheduled at our office in marikina
For Artist
  1. The Artist Shall Perform For The Whole Duration Of The Church or Christian Wedding Ceremony And A Maximum Of Three Hours (Inclusive Of Breaks) At The Reception Or Any Other Standard Functions Like Debuts, Parties, Etc.
  2. The maximum allowable time gap between the church to the reception is 30 mins only irregardless of any setting or set up. in the event that the alloted time gap of 30 mins are consumed the reception time will follow immediately irregardless of the setting.
  3. The Artist Shall Be In Their Respective Formal Attire, Either Coat & Tie, Tuxedo, All Black Or Barong Tagalog and dress or gown for female singers.
  4. The Artist Shall Provide Accompaniments For Guest Singers In A Manner Agreed By The Client And SJT Strings.
  5. The Artist’s Assembly/Call Time Should Be One Hour before the Actual Performance in Preparation for the Set Up, Sound Checking and Coordinating with Technicians, Guest Singers and Wedding Coordinators.
